Einnahmeempfehlung des Herstellers:
4 Meßbecher (165 g) in 533 ml Milch (1,5%) oder in 533 ml Wasser einrühren oder in einem Mixer mischen. Für den täglichen Bedarf reichen zwei Drinks, vorzugsweise 30-45 Minuten vor dem Training und sofort nach dem Training. An trainingsfreien Tagen
