Finnish Bodybuilding, Classic Bodybuilding and Men’s Physique National Championships

Finnish Bodybuilding, Classic Bodybuilding and Men’s Physique National Championships will be held on Saturday, August 1 at the main stage of Nordic Fitness Expo starting at 09.30 a.m.

You can see all three competitions with one ticket and of course you can see the Nordic Fitness Expo fairs and its program as well.


Finnish Fitness National Championships has been changed in recent years, based on experience. The competition is divided into two sections that make up each individual competition, including Pre-Judging and the Finals.

09.30 – Classic Bodybuilding – 180 cm & +180 cm, CBB juniors and Men’s Physique
12.00 – Bodybuilding; women’s open class, men’s classes – 80, - 90 and + 90 kg

In each category the contest runs the same way. First is the Elimination Round and only the 15 competitors will continue for the Semifinal. Those 15 competitors will compete Pre-Judging and only the top six will be selected to the Finals.

The spectators will not have to wait for hours to see their favorite sports and categories because the split of Fitness Nationals in three individual competitions.
