Training nach Pneumothorax

hallo,

vor einiger zeit wurde bei mir ein pneumothorax diagnostiziert, die sache
ist mittlerweile wieder ausgeheilt, allerdings rieten mir bisher alle ärzte wenn überhaupt, nur sehr sehr moderat sport zu betreiben. am ehesten geeignet scheinen ihnen laufsportarten.

sporttauchen kann ich in zukunft sowieso abschreiben (druck auf lunge!), aber zumindest ein wenig krafttraining würde ich wirklich sehr gerne auch weiterhin machen.

weiss hier jemand rat wie und ob das möglich wäre? wenn ja, worauf müsste ich besonders achten?
keine zu hohen gewichte und pressatmung vermeiden?

Also eigentlich sollte ein Pneumothorax, so dann das Lungenfell sich wieder angelegt hat, ausgestanden sein. Ob man jetzt dadurch ein höheres Pneumothoraxrisiko als andere BB'ler hat, kann ich nicht sagen.

Spontaneous pneumothorax is infrequently caused by strenuous exertion. To our knowledge there has only been one case of spontaneous pneumothorax associated with weightlifting reported in the medical literature. We describe three consecutive cases of spontaneous pneumothorax associated with weightlifting. We postulate that spontaneous pneumothorax in these patients may be secondary to improper breathing techniques. It is important that physicians and weight trainers be aware of the association between weight lifting and spontaneous pneumothorax and assure that proper instruction is given to athletes who work with weights.

Also sollte man gut auf seine Atmung achten, eine richtige Studie, ob ehemalige Pneumothoraxer jetzt gefährdeter sind, scheint es nicht zu geben.

BTW: Pneumothorax kann auch völlig spontan auftreten (Sog. Spontanpneumothorax :) , insbesondere bei großen jugendlichen, als typisches besipiel heisst es immer beim gardineaufhängen bei oma geholfen und plötzlich stechender schmerz und einsetzende luftnot.
