I do appreciate the support though - you guys are really cool. I was telling my friend at the gym how cool German guys are because they know that it's not steroids that builds a good physique... Steroids are VERY VERY illigal in the united states so whenever anybody sees a bodybuilder like me, they immediatley say "He's big because he takes steroids". It's pretty funny because in so many countries steroids are legal and they are available on the shelves of phamacies, and hardly anone is big. Go figure :)

It`s a crazy world , the law is different everywhere you go ! And the people are really disgusting sometimes ! They think that when someone is bigger then themselves , he must have taken anything ( steroid ) ! But they dont follow a regular diet plan and training regime ! Most of the time i dont see those people training , they stand around in the corner of the gym and are talking , or they have a poor training style or diet !

but you have to distinguish a little bit. not everybody in our countries (germany, austria (there i live :) ) have the same opinion about this topic ;) only people who are seriously concerned with bodybuilding think like us.

for example... when i go in summer for swimming, nearly everybody ask me if i take steroids. my answer always depends on the person who asks :)

i admit that i use steroids, but you can´t compare every steroiduser - everybody is different. one guy trains harder does a better diet, has better genetics - the other not... but both are taking steroids.
the other thing is that steroids can not turn a bad genetic precondition into a good one. of course you can have some improvements, but steroids are not wonderdrugs... without hard work, strict diet, a lot of knowledge and the genetic precondition you´ll never be successful.
that is the major thing that most of the naive people don´t understand - they think that the physique is only because of the consumption of steroids...
it makes no sence to discuss with those people... i let them in their illusion :)
i respect people who live bodybuilding, for me it´s not important if they use steroids or not. the most important thing is that they can live their life like they want and they could archive their personal goals.
when i see a serious bodybuilder i understand how much hard work, pain and discipline is required to look really good. - therefore lots of respect, no jealousy :)

Yes i forgot , there are a lot of freaks too ! As Ace said you cant discuss with them , they are so stupid ! Here are some like this too !
