I'm sure steroids aren't exactly mainstream in Germany, but, here the attitude is CRAZY!! Now, they are cracking down on steroids like never before! In some cases you get longer sentences than violent crime charges!!!! Can you believe that?Zitat:

I DON'T HAVE A TRAINING ROUTINE!!!! I do something different everytime I'm at the gym. There are certain excercises that I always do; like deadlifts and pullups for back, bench presses and incline presses for chest, squats/leg extensions for quads, millitary presses and dumbell flys for shoulders, and standind toe raises for calves. Otherwise everything changes - I use the whole gym. My training is usually high reps; but as you can see I can train heavy if/when I want.
