Lionel Beyeke 1 week out. The very carb depleted Lionel is still in great spirit. He knows that there is suffering involved and he is taking it like a champ. We will deplete him until he gets to Brazil on Wednesday morning and then all we need to do is dry him out and get him to stay as full as possible.
