Hört sich blöd an, aber dieform auf den offseason bilder die dsg oben gepostet hat sehen für mich besser aus als die bühnenform, bzw. gefällt mir viel besser. So richtig prall und massig.

Today, Dex was doing some chest banging out reps with 4 plates on the incline bench. I don't know what Dex usually looks like Pre Olympia cause he's always in Florida usually but I can say that to me, he is looking really full and big. He had a tee shirt today but I ve seen him in a tank top a couple weeks ago and his condition is really good too.
I don't know about Dex this year, I think that maybe the fact that everyone is counting him out may work in his advantage, he may come out of no where and surprise a lot of people.
Charles seems really happy to have Dex at Gold's and they seem to be a good team.
