your appearance is quite impressive und your pictures are great (please don't stop posting them here ;)), but as we say in germany: only few wonder boys become wonder grown-ups. So stay focused and don't get confused by all these people telling you you're the greatest..
Nevertheless, I like your attitude towards bodybuilding and I'm without a doubt a big fan of you.

I do appreciate the support though - you guys are really cool. I was telling my friend at the gym how cool German guys are because they know that it's not steroids that builds a good physique... Steroids are VERY VERY illigal in the united states so whenever anybody sees a bodybuilder like me, they immediatley say "He's big because he takes steroids". It's pretty funny because in so many countries steroids are legal and they are available on the shelves of phamacies, and hardly anone is big. Go figure :)

It`s a crazy world , the law is different everywhere you go ! And the people are really disgusting sometimes ! They think that when someone is bigger then themselves , he must have taken anything ( steroid ) ! But they dont follow a regular diet plan and training regime ! Most of the time i dont see those people training , they stand around in the corner of the gym and are talking , or they have a poor training style or diet !

but you have to distinguish a little bit. not everybody in our countries (germany, austria (there i live :) ) have the same opinion about this topic ;) only people who are seriously concerned with bodybuilding think like us.

for example... when i go in summer for swimming, nearly everybody ask me if i take steroids. my answer always depends on the person who asks :)

i admit that i use steroids, but you can´t compare every steroiduser - everybody is different. one guy trains harder does a better diet, has better genetics - the other not... but both are taking steroids.
the other thing is that steroids can not turn a bad genetic precondition into a good one. of course you can have some improvements, but steroids are not wonderdrugs... without hard work, strict diet, a lot of knowledge and the genetic precondition you´ll never be successful.
that is the major thing that most of the naive people don´t understand - they think that the physique is only because of the consumption of steroids...
it makes no sence to discuss with those people... i let them in their illusion :)
i respect people who live bodybuilding, for me it´s not important if they use steroids or not. the most important thing is that they can live their life like they want and they could archive their personal goals.
when i see a serious bodybuilder i understand how much hard work, pain and discipline is required to look really good. - therefore lots of respect, no jealousy :)

I'm sure steroids aren't exactly mainstream in Germany, but, here the attitude is CRAZY!! Now, they are cracking down on steroids like never before! In some cases you get longer sentences than violent crime charges!!!! Can you believe that?

I DON'T HAVE A TRAINING ROUTINE!!!! I do something different everytime I'm at the gym. There are certain excercises that I always do; like deadlifts and pullups for back, bench presses and incline presses for chest, squats/leg extensions for quads, millitary presses and dumbell flys for shoulders, and standind toe raises for calves. Otherwise everything changes - I use the whole gym. My training is usually high reps; but as you can see I can train heavy if/when I want. Training heavy hurts my joints, so I stick to around 10reps for most exercises. Otherwise, I eat a lot in the offseason. I eat 3meals/day that consist of 16oz. of meat/8oz. of complex carbs, and I have 3shakes/day that cosist of 60grams of protein, 80grams carbs, and 15grams fat. That's when I'm focused in the offseason, sometimes I don't eat and don't train for several months. I shrink to about 230lbs and hit the gym later when I feel like it.

If you mean millitary press, I press 405. If you mean bench I press 455. I do bench squats with 585 for 12reps - I don't do regular squats because I have tendonitis in my knees. Thanks, I didn't know I was anybody's favorit bodybuilder - I appreciate that.
