Meine derzeitige Kombi:

1MR(140g-Dose) + NO-Shotgun (VPX)

Geilstes Training seit langer Zeit, nahe am Crash vorbei, ein richtig geiles Training (die Kombi hält das ganze Training lang)und nachts kann ich schlafen. Richtig richtig gut.

Ich nehm vom NO-Shotgun ca 23-26 Gr (etwas mehr als ein Löffel) und ca 3,5-4 Gr MR1.

Ist für mich die ideale Dosierung und gibts auch nur einmal die Woche. Für Koffeingewöhnte darf es wohl etwas mehr sein.
