The whole flex crew was at the Mecca also today to shoot Stan McQuay, he is ready to compete in a week and looks REALLY good, I hope he does well. Alex Ardenti was the photog and our very own Shawn Perine was writting the story. Jim and Jon were still around and had a look at Stan as well, I would take that as a good sign Stan. Good luck man.
