BTW: I was expecting stinky6857 to be at the gym tonight for chest/triceps but he never showed up. I had 2 DVD's, T-Shirt, box of Supreme Protein Bars, and the magic powder samples to give him... Oh well, shit happens.

I am eating like a machine and training like there is no tomorrow. Believe me guys, I know what my weakness are and I know what must be done. When I post these pics it serves two purposes: 1. It shows you young Iron Warriors that if you work hard and stay focused the improvements will come. 2. It puts me on the spot because if I'm not improving I know I'll hear it from you guys especially the ass clown haters. I put myself on the spot so I don't ever slack. More pics to come soon..
