first of all, i want to say that im honored to ask you questions, i would never have believed that such a legend appears here at the board. I want to ask if you think that this enormous training volume is also good for hobby bodybuilder who have no special genetics and dont eat more then ca. 250g protein per day. i always thought that would result in extrem overtraining. is that right ? or do you think its just the best way to gain muscles. and: what do you think about Heavy duty ?

Arnold seems to be nervous. Not because Louis Ferrigno was there.
No, because of you! Arnold knew, the only person who could beat him that night, was
Serge Nubret. Arnold never watched you directly in to your face while you pumping up.
It seems he avoided any confrontation with you. Of course i dont want to
suggest anything. Thats only what i think, my opinion.

At that time, you could certain be Mr.O for a couple of years!! That`s a pitty!;-)

But for me you are a true champ ! Forever.
The way you posed, controlled, smoth what can i say? It was BRILLIANT.

Thank you for your nice words. I can see that you don't know the history of this Olympia. I understand that Arnold and the rest of IFBB were nervous about this contest, after what they did. It is why I left Ifbb as soon after this contest and founded my own feraration.

Heavy duty was not for me who love body building, it is good for people who does not love it and does not want to stay in the gym long enough to sculpt a nice body, which need time to work every small muscle. You cannot paint a nice artwork with a big brush.

first off it is a honour to have a legend like you in this forum :)

The entry in german which you would wanted to have in English, would be (if I may sum it up) that the user was sceptical why a 68year old Bodybuilder would start registering in many forums worldwide at the same time, in addition having a good Homepage where he could make money out of it - if I got it correctly, he said that Dave Drapers homepage is led by someone else too and he said he just faced to much **** in the scene, thats why he is/was sceptical.
(hopefully I busted noone - just trying to be nice here. Beeing honest, bobmobile didn't say anything bad against you, he is just a bit sceptic).

I have no certain question at the moment, just glad to have someone with your knowledge on board and I think we can all learn from your years in the Pro scene.

The only thing which would come in my mind is what you, as one of the old elite, would say about todays Mr.O, wether it evolved into something good or bad (mass monsters) or if this is just normal to you.
