2010 North American Championships IFBB
IFBB PRO QUALIFIER
IFBB Pro cards are awarded to the following placings:- The top 2 placers in the Overalls of Open Men, Open Figure and Open Bikini.
- The Overall winners of the Over 40 Men, Over 50 Men, Open Women Bodybuilding and Over 35 Women Bodybuilding, Open Fitness, Over 35 Figure and Over 35 Bikini.
MUSIC
Music must be on a CD. All contestants MUST supply their own music.
** PLEASE NOTE! All Bodybuilding/Fitness CDs will be collected at the competitors Check-Ins/Weigh-Ins.
MICROWAVES
The Host Hotel provides a special Microwave Room equipped with microwaves for your use. Competitors are not permitted to have cooking devices in their rooms.
The Host Hotel also provides a Special Bodybuilding Menu that is available in the hotel restaurant and through Room Service.
NO DUMBBELLS BACKSTAGE
Dumbbells are not permitted in the Pump-Up Area.
Competitors are advised to bring exercise bands to pump up.
TEENS AND MASTERS DIVISIONS
The age requirement for the Teen Mens Division is that the competitors must be under the age of 20 on the day of the competition.
The age limits for the Masters Divisions are Men Over 40, Men Over 50, Women Bodybuilding Over 35, Figure Over 35 and Bikini Over 35.

TRAINERS PASS
You can now have your Trainer with you at all times! The OFFICIAL TRAINERS PASS allows the bearer full access to the backstage area.
The fee is $50 and the Trainer Pass may be purchased at the Weigh-Ins or at the door.
The bearer of the Trainer Pass must have a ticket to the event.

Lightweight: Over 143-1/4 lbs up to & including 154-1/4 lbs
Welterweight: Over 154-1/4 lbs up to & including 165-1/4 lbs
Middleweight: Over 165-1/4 lbs up to & including 176-1/4 lbs
Light Heavyweight: Over 176-1/4 lbs up to & including 198-1/4 lbs
Heavyweight: Over 198-1/4 lbs up to & including 225-1/4 lbs
Super Heavyweight: Over 225-1/4 lbs
MEN - Over 40 and Over 50
Lightweight: Up to & including 154-1/4 lbs

2010 North Americans Pro Card Changes
For the Women:
- Two pro cards for women BB (overall open division and overall over 35 winners)
- Three pro cards in figure (overall winner and runnerup in open division plus overall winner in over 35 division)
- Three pro cards in bikini (overall winner and runnerup in open division and overall winner of over 35 division)
PLUS, there will be a teen men's BB division for the first time!
