NPC USA Bodybuilding, Figure, Men and Women's Physique and Bikini Championships (IFBB Pro Qualifier)

July 29-30, 2011 Las Vegas, Nevada

Classes:

Men (7 wt groups) 4 men will turn professional.
Men's Physique
(For the first year, Men's Physique height classes will be decided at the individual contests based on the number of contestants and their respective heights.)
Women's Physique (1 height class): Top 3 finishers will be eligible for IFBB Pro Card.
NOTE: We may have more classes than one. This will be determined as we get closer to the contest. There will be a minimum of 3 cards awarded for Women's Physique.
Women's Bodybuilding: 2 class winners turn pro.
Figure (6 height groups): Class winners turn pro.
Bikini (6 height groups): Class winners turn pro.

NPC Figure Competitor April Jones Preps Two Weeks From USAs

BPI Presents coverage of the 2011 USA Championships, July 29-30

NPC Figure April Jones made the decision to change her life after having been overweight in her youth. Jones lost nearly sixty pounds and became USA qualified at the 2010 Oklahoma Red River Classic. She resides in Houston, Texas and has her sites set on a respectable showing at USAs with the support of her husband Joe and trainer Bryan Barth.

alleesha youngs masse und form echt beeindruckend. ich denke sie wird sich nicht entmutigen lassen. sie wird sich noch mehr verbessern. ich bin echt gespannt was sich da in den nächsten jahren bei ihr noch tut. krass wie hart sie ist in vergleich zur off. ich finde aber das sie nicht so gut in form war wie vor 2 monaten. aber sie ist jung und hat noch viel vor.

That wide smile you see on the face of USA promoter Jon Lindsay comes with a very good reason. This year’s NPC USA Championships held on the weekend of July 29-30 at the Artemus Ham Hall on the campus of the University of Nevada/Las Vegas was the biggest NPC event ever. At last count there were nearly 700 men and women entered in a variety of classes. They may still be counting. Suffice it to say, the event was enormous due in large part to the women’s side of the contest which included bodybuilding, physique, figure and bikini divisions. This year 38 contestants took part in the bodybuilding portion of the USA - a number that has been about average over the past 20 years. And as could be expected, several
competitors made names for themselves by way of their individual victories, while others established themselves as a part of the fabric for the sport’s future. Though it all, the contest ran in seamless fashion due to the Lindsay Production staff and the mountain of experience they bring in conducting events where hundreds of athletes are taking part. Mr. Lindsay has set the bar at an astronomical height with the conclusion of this remarkable event. But he might also be the first to tell you records are made to be
broken.
