Zu deiner Frage
Man sieht genau da es weniger wird.. weil die Diät schlaucht und um die DEFI von Wolf zu bekommen in der Gewichtsklasse (also mehre wie Dex ;-) zahlst du tribut was die masse Betrifft von woche zu Woche! Lass mal Ramy die Härte von Wolf bekommen dann sind locker 6-8 kg weg, auch da wirst du dann Volumen verlust erkennen.. und wo das passiert ist individuell,bei Dennis ist es der Rücken (+Schulter) aber das du mich verstehst, schau die die Bilder von vor einer Woche an.. da kommen die Schulter auch besser!

Bin gespannt was er bis Prag macht? Denn bis jetzt war er immer einer der, wenn nicht der härteste auf der Bühne. Aber wenn er bis Prag noch mal 2-3 kg verliert.. dann werden die Bereiche noch mehr auffallen. Und wenn er schwerer kommt. und das Timing nicht passt, wird er zulaufen, und dann trotz mehr Volumen dann direkt mit Ramy vergleichen, und gegen ihn verlieren! Weil Masse hat Ramy mehr, er war ja schon in Madrid nach der Vorwahl vor Dennis...

DSG, ich empfinde Deine Argumentation als nicht schlüssig. Auch vor einem Jahr war Dennis lange auf Diät, bevor er Madrid gewann. In diesem Jahr war er leider bei vergleichbarer Konditionierung deutlich weniger massiv, gerade im Schulter- und Rückenbereich. Ich fürchte, er hat seinen Zenit überschritten. So schade, wie ich das finde. Aber der Wow-Faktor ist für mich einfach weg, die Schultern waren immer Kanonenkugeln und nicht von dieser Welt, jetzt sind sie von dieser Welt.
Bitte mach dir die Mühe und schau zb ein oder besser noch 2 Jahre früher.. 2013 MR. O und dann die folge Meisterschaften.. Wenn man eine Gute Form hat.. und das Level halten will (muss) .. wird man von Woche zu Woche leichter! Dass ist halt so! (außer man heißt Ramy.. :D aber auch er hat 3kg verloren.. und wenn er noch mal 3 kg verliert dann kommt er auch Besser! )Zitat:

Aber warte noch 2-3 Wochen. Denn dann kann es sein das ich das mit ein wenig abstand etwas anders sehe.. bin jetzt immer noch etwas geschockt was die Platzierungen angeht.
Weißt du man sagt immer die Top3 oder Top4 war sehr eng, und man hätte so oder so platzieren können, aber immer wird dann Dennis nach hinten gereicht.. das stinkt mir!

DSG, genau so sehe ich das auch. JEDOCH umso unverständlicher für mich aus meiner Sicht folgende Punkte:Zitat:

Da können jetzt wieder einige lachen und blubbern, aber so wie Dennis 2015 auf die Bühne kam, kommt kein Mr. Olympia auf die Bühne, es fehlte der letzte Schliff.
Als Kampfrichter muss ich DEN Mr.O sehen und auch denken "jawoll, hier passt alles, der ist absolut geleckt und auch 100% ready" "da gibts nichts zu meckern & man sieht der will es auch sein mit aller Macht und selbstbewusst".
Das war bei Dennis meiner Meinung nach nicht der Fall.
Wobei Dennis als einziger mit Cedric Mcmillan ein Sieger-Posing macht.
Wenn ich mit Dennis befreundet wäre würde ich ihm das auch mitteilen, bin ich aber nicht.
