Mind to muscle connection is important , however so is lifting heavy ass weight . There is room in you lifting regiment for both . So go heavy , go hard and keep the program constantly changing so your body doesn't adapt
Today for shoulders I tried something a little different - Seated Smith Machine Head Press with a wide grip. A tip for while doing this exercise, don't lock your elbows out at the top. This exercise allowed me to really focus on the front deltoid muscle and is great to add size and strength in your shoulders!!!
today's leg work out was high rep and the soreness kicked in right away!! 20 reps on the leg press may seem like a breeze but I focused on keeping my feet narrow along with my legs while pushing the weight - which wasn't easy. it's all about the new training style to make my legs that much better. 9 weeks out ; got to keep pushing!
