Hy fellas!
I've been on a strict diet sice late January and I'd really appreciate some opinions to my training program. I don't know
whether I train too much or not. I've lost a lot of fat so far but I'm still not really cut yet.Here's my program: Sat:Thighs,
hammstrings and calves,Sun:Shoulder,triceps and 30 min cardio,Mon:45min cardio and abs,TUE:Back,Traps and calves,WED:45 min cardio,
THU:Chest,biceps and abs.FRIff
My nutrition consists of:Egg whites,casein protein powder, whey protein powder, cooked chicken, basmati rice,very little bread, after workout a banana,
washed tuna (brine), baked beans sugarfree,oat flakes,sometimes beef. Everything is prepared absolutly fat free. I'm also taking additional vitamins, lecithin,fish oil..
As I'm unfortunately on a tight budget at the moment I can only jab 1 Deca per week and 6 Naposim. Have just ordered 23 propies!!
Do you think I should make 1 more break during the week or is it OK to do some cardio? I'd be grateful for your opinions!!!
