alright tickets are booked and its confirmed. The Menace on his way to Kuwait! Team Oxygen gym and Team Menace are getting together to get big Ramy ready to be at his best come the Olympia Sep. 28th.
I will be in Kuwait August and September and I'm looking forward to again meeting all the bodybuilding enthusiasts in the Middle East.
Thanks to my brother and Oxygen gym owner Bader Boodai for making all this happen. Our team is very powerful and I promise we will do everything possible to put the Middle East on the bodybuilding map this year.

I can't believe that we still have a bunch of idiots come on my page just to say something negative and hurtful to others. I said it before and I say it again I will ban you dummies cause we don't need you! I don't get why someone would like a page and don't even like the sport and appreciates that we put info and stuff like pics and videos out there for the real fans to enjoy. And on a side note these individuals really mostly look very unimpressive and have the nerves to critique others. And the ones that don't even like the page, please don't post your nonsense here cause we don't need your input either. I understand that everybody is entitled to their opinion and I like and respect that but some of the comments are not constructive criticism, no they straight hating on others that achieved something or are on their way to do so. Sorry to all the real fans for putting it out there like that but I had to get it of my chest.
To all the real fans of bodybuilding and fitness or my page we appreciate you liking the page and you guys and girls are the reason for me to keep posting pictures and videos and as long as you like to see it I will post it. Thank you.
