NBBF/IFBB “Open Dutch Grand Prix”


October 26 2008, De Flint theater, Amersfoort Holland


Participation of the Grand Prix is open for all NBBF / IFBB A / B amateur athletes from all over the Europe .
The open Champions League class is only for the top A amateur athletes .


Men classes:
-Masters
-Junior
-Classic BB
And bodybuilding classes -70kg, -80kg, -90kg, -100kg and +100kg

Women classes:
-Bodybuilding
-Fitness
-Body Fitness


All fist price winners in the individual classes will qualify for the “Open Champions League” class.
There will be a money price for the first three finalists in the Open Champions League class.
The OCL will consist of one line up for men and one line up for women bodybuilding.


Open Champions League class :
Mens Body building one line-up (+ qualifiers masters, -80, -90, -100, +100 kg)
Women Body building one line-up (+ qualifier ladies)


Money Price:
Men: 1st price € 1000,- 2nd price € 500,- 3rd price € 250,-
Women: 1st € 1000,- 2nd price € 500,- 3rd price 250,-


Extra Information:
All athletes must be members of the NBBF or IFBB in there own country .
All entries must be done before October 1e 2008 and must be sent to hedwig.s@planet.nl or pappamike@hotmail.com

08.30-12.00 Build up stands
10.00-12.00 Weigh in / entry athletes backstage
13.00 Doors open
14.00 start GP part 1
16.00-16.30 Pause
16.30 GP part 2
18.00-19.00 Pause
19.00 GP part 3 + final
21.00 End






Weigh in begins exactly at 10.00 am and ends at exactly at 12.00 pm. No exception !


It is not permitted to take picture or film at the GP with professional cameras without the explicit permission from the organization.
