Hello everybody, my name is Paolo Iommi, and I am a great friend and collaborator of Serge.

Today Serge was invited to join to your Forum from a fan "JEFF" your moderator I think.

first of all let me say that I am very happy to have the opportunity to pose questions to such a legend about his bodybuilding life style.

Now here is my question:

How long do you stay in the gym when you train e.g. chest?
How many (and which) excercises, sets and reps do you usually perform?

Do you think that long work outs can be intense? Do they even need to be intense?
