first off it is a honour to have a legend like you in this forum

The entry in german which you would wanted to have in English, would be (if I may sum it up) that the user was sceptical why a 68year old Bodybuilder would start registering in many forums worldwide at the same time, in addition having a good Homepage where he could make money out of it - if I got it correctly, he said that Dave Drapers homepage is led by someone else too and he said he just faced to much **** in the scene, thats why he is/was sceptical.
(hopefully I busted noone - just trying to be nice here. Beeing honest, bobmobile didn't say anything bad against you, he is just a bit sceptic).

I have no certain question at the moment, just glad to have someone with your knowledge on board and I think we can all learn from your years in the Pro scene.

The only thing which would come in my mind is what you, as one of the old elite, would say about todays Mr.O, wether it evolved into something good or bad (mass monsters) or if this is just normal to you.

i totally agree with you! in the past it was really ästhetic! bodybuilding was like art (like you mentioned with the sculpture).
the oldschoolers were more like the greek statues, like the ideal picture of human being. today they sometimes look like aliens with big bellies.
it´s no secret that for normal people who are not concerned with bodybuilding, it is very difficult to identify with them. nearly nobody want to look like them
if we want that bodybuilding will become accepted by the mass, it has to go back to the roots.

Well, that would be interesting, maybe you could share some moments from your past:

How was it in your time, did Bodybuilders have positive publicity from "normal men and women" or was it always, that even guys like you or even Frank Zane were said to be "freaks"?

And, do you think that anyone in the Pro scene today (Richards Jones?) has the capability to steer bodybuilding back to public acceptence?
