A Late night session, finishing off hitting the bands with a variety of stretches. I have been incorporating bands more & more these last two seasons, with injury prevention originally my main focus. I now use them daily on a variety of exercises, engineering new movements and changing up workouts with tensions as opposed to added weight. Keeping with the stretching theme, I feel most athletes ignore stretching, being brought up in and around the rugby field we as kids were taught to stretch before and after training/ game, i adopted that philosophy in the gym, using bands has allowed me to remain supple and flexible which in turn has allow more fascia stretch allowing my muscle to grow as it should. #BandWork #StretchingForTheWin #Stretching
