Well Flex, at fourty-something you still got it! I tried to colse my eyes during the workout, too, to feel the muscle burn better and I do. It helps to concentrate so thx for that tip.

I know that you don't compete anymore and just want to stay in shape but will you do some (heavy) compound movements in the next 'in the trenches'? What about some deads, squats and benches?
