ich hätte eine frage zur wirkungsweise von kreatin, da ich gerade an meiner facharbeit zu diesem thema arbeite

ich konnte aus keiner quelle genau erschließen wie der prozess des "wasser ziehens" auf biologischer ebene abläuft, könnte mir das vlt jemand kurz erläutern?

Volumizing
An increase in cell size (volume) as a result of the incorporation of an osmotically active particle (such as creatine) within the cell.
