Christal began her competitive career in 2008 as a shy, prudish lady of 24 years old, winning her first show knowing nothing about diet and nutrition she decided to enroll on a Diet, Nutrition and Weight Management course to help fulfill her new found passion on the competitive stage.

Christal went on to winning the NABBA South Britain in 2009 as a small Toned Figure Competitor.

In 2010 Christal decided she wanted to compete as a Trained Figure Competitor, with the love of bigger muscles, lifting and eating she stepped on stage in 2010 in her new class and won the NABBA South Britain for the second year running.

The following year in 2011 Christal met a top British bodybuilding coach, IFBB Pro Harold Marillier, both agreed that Christal should enter the Womens Bodybuilding class in the UKBFF Federation. Christal was worried she would look too small against the other top British physiques, however at the UKBFF South Britain Christal stepped on stage at her very best in size and condition, with perfect shape, crisp condition and a sexy routine, with amazing stage presence and a crowd that adored her...she won, again, for the 4th year running with an invite to the UKBFF British Finals, where she was battling the aweful virus of Adult Whooping Cough and still managed to place an impressive 3rd place!...Whats next for The Spartan in 2013...watch this space to follow her progress and blogs.

Chrystal ist auf jeden Fall ne liebe. Hatte ihr mal auf Youtube ein Kommentar dagelassen, worauf ne echt nette Rückantwort kam. Und toll sieht sie auch aus.
