"I have just arrived to Tokyo (with my family - Aleksandra and Milamar are here with me for the first time in Japan).
My dear friends David Halton (President of Bodyplus International) and Hideta Yamagishi (IFBB professional superstar from Japan) have organized this "Secrets Of The Pros" tour with the help of Mr. Katsunori Kakuta CEO of R.K.S. Planning CO., LTD.

We have 4 seminars to attend in the next 10 days - starting with today's (Friday Jun 30th at 7pm) seminar in Gold's Gym Omiya Saitama.
For those of you that followed events earlier this year you might remember that I have started working with HIDE after this year's Ironman competition.
Hide came to Koloseum and trained with me for about two weeks before the San Francisco Pro Invitational and in short two weeks Hide made enormous progress and managed to place 11th - narrowly missing his first top ten placing in the IFBB professional competitions.

But, what everyone in Koloseum Gym Fullerton remembers is UNBELIEVABLE determination and intensity that Hide brought EVERY TIME to his training sessions.
He was unstopable machine going through even the hardest, most demanding workouts - like it was "child's play"...
He just informed me that he will make VIDEO FOOTAGE of those workouts available to me before I return to States and IF I get them I will certainly make them available to people that are interested to see ACTUAL PRE CONTEST training sessions that took place in my gym - just days before the competition.

Today Hide and I will train legs at 2 PM prior to our seminar - and to be honest - I am terrified from even thinking what kind of workout we are going to have...
I know that I have "created the monster" as I thought him unbelieveble intensity and NO LIMITATION AS LIMITATION attitude when designing the workout programs...
Well, I know that I will be in trouble just few short hours from now...

"Workout with Hide just hours before the seminar...

We did one of our GIANT SET workouts - which was extremely hard for me to do due to the jet leg etc...
Hide did great - AS USUAL and we had another competitor (Hiro?) joining us in our workout - and he did very, very good - considering that he never did anything like it before..."
