ey leute, ihr wisst doch ab 18.märz kommt die neue deutsche ausgabe von flex, und da stand " WER IST DER BESTE 21-JÄHRIGE BODYBUILDER DER WELT?" ich bin mir ganz sicher, dass Mo Elbasouni der beste 21-jährige bodybuilder der welt is oder ?

Die besten 21 Jahre die alt sind in der Welt? Die Welt ist ein großer Ort, würde ich das nicht sagen. Am außeren um "Flex" Lewis Zu Klemmen, der schon beansprucht worden ist, dass er das am besten junior in der Welt in einer neuen Ausgabe von Flex Magezine war

good job mo and good luck for your future plans!
i'd be interested in the complete training routine of yours with sets/reps and excercises. it appears your rep range is fairly high, would be interesting to see what the rest of your routine looks like.
by the way, forget about lewis' legs...take a look at your back and your arms .
