Some of the biggest body builders in the business are in West Auckland for New Zealand's first amateur, elite and professional show on Saturday.
Amongst the pros there is one body who not only has a big reputation for pumping iron, but can also move.
'Marvelous' Melvin Anthony and Dexter 'the blade' Jackson are here to prove that big is beautiful.
They are two of the world's best bodybuilders and headline New Zealand's strongest ever bodybuilding line-up.
Anthony's moves and Jackson's form see them both in the world's top five, but they are taking nothing for granted.
This is a very competitive sport, we're all professionals," Jackson said. "Anyone can be beaten on any given day. Don't expect me to go out poppin' and lockin', that's not me. I let Melvin handle all that and I do my thing."
