Your legs are really massive; squads with 400 pounds solves.
However, you got a really nice body there although I'd like to have a little less bodyfat.

I train three times a week
My body fat index is now 14%, But in summer, from June to September, ground down to 11% for 93
My worst group are the deltoid subsequent chest as other
This is a train very good, but very hard...

ontopic: looks very nice, very massive. I think for training "strongman" you dont have to lose weight although it would look better

It looks good. You are really very strong. Like all naturals your neck is not very big. But this is more than 14% of body fat. For sure its more than 20%. Most of the body fat calculators are lying...

Pretty good body for a strong man. Maybe you´ve got a picture of you, before you start training. This would be interesting to see the change. By the way, Go on with heavy training
