NH: Great conditioning throughout, deep separation in legs

Karen Choat:
NH: Good shape, hard throughout, tris impressive.
SR: Back is wide and thick, great calves! Color is good. Triceps impressive! Thick girl, nice.

Kate Cooper:
NH:Big Arms and Lat spread! Hard thick rear bicepes, tad soft in lower half.
SR: Holding some water, thighs need cuts, good shape.

Leslie Crook:
NH: Hard, loose a bit from the rear in the legs, wide in mid section.
SR: Color a bit fair. Delts big and round, tad thick in the middle, needs more hams.

Jacqueline Horan:
NH:Healthy skin tone, nice proportions, muscular most muscular!
SR: Good arms, nice color, good balance and shape! Back is thick, holding water, but bis are good

Fatima johnson:
NH: Mature body, hard looking, tad soft in the glutes.
SR: Hard and thick. Needs more hams. Detailed back, good showing.

La Dawn McDay:
NH: Good shape, a bit more muscle, will be hard to beat, lovely skin tone, healthy look!
SR: 2nd at Nationals in 09! Good build. Hams are hanging on side shots! Very good, legs are slight.

Lizette Peguaros:
NH: Mature body, needs to be harder and drier in places, wide shoulders.
SR: Thick muscle. Solid in the legs, back needs width.

Jennifer Scarpeta:
NH: Healthy appearance, great shoulders, and balance, small film, needs a bit more width.
SR: Class winner at Jr Nats in June! Pretty package, wide back! Dropped down from heavy wt. Legs impressive!

Julia Assa:
NH: Hard mature, holding a tad of water in lower half, hard looking legs, more thigh sweep.

Dani Craig:
NH: Tad slight up top, hard in appearance.
SR: Good color.

Brandi Akers:
NH: Little soft, good balance, good thickness overall.
SR: Pretty girl, thick and muscular, Needs to diet longer and get more ripped! Vascular. Legs needs more swee., Detail could be better.

Satesh Berge:
NH: Nice proportions, good thickness in thighs, rear back shot is good, hams are soft.
SR: Tad soft, cute face, a few weeks more dieting, compete physique.

Kris Clark:
NH: Hard and dry! Lot of muscle maturity here! Good double bi from the rear.
SR: Muscular arms and densely built! Thick.

Amanda Folstad:
NH: Great balance, big arms, strong legs and little soft.
SR: Holding water from the rear, needs more detail, color is bad. Good midsection.

Holly Geersen:
NH: Lots of muscle, good leg sweep, holding some water.
R: She has good balance, tad soft, been harder before. Great job!

Jennifer Gutierrez:
NH: Little slight in arms, good skin tone, color and shape is nice.
SR: Lt Hvy two weeks ago at Masters.

Sara Hayes:
NH: Very good balance, wide in shoulder, big full legs, thick back!
SR: 23yrs old. Great Abs. Cute girl, bright future. Thick muscles, my Favorite!

Heidi Hegg:
NH: Holding water, needs more diet time.
SR: Soft and smooth.

Vicki Manfredi:
NH: Very hard side chest, deep lines in delts and tris.
SR: Hard rear back shots, wide! Color is blotchy. Harder up top, hams need detail.

Gabrielle Nicander:
NH: Rear back shot impressive, holding h2o. Huge Boobs!
SR: Dark tan, holding sum water. Thick back, tall!

NH: Good skin, balance and lines!
SR: Shape is nice, flow is good, color excellent! Calves are great, I like this girl!

Brenda Beitia:
NH: Nice proportions, hard on top, feathers thru triceps, soft just a tad in the legs
SR:Muscular back, Full bodied muscles, Winner of West Coast Classic this year in El Monte, Ca.

Michelle DeVere:
NH:Slender, not holding as much muscle as Brenda
SR: Color is good, Legs are slight, could be harder

Denice Dinger:
NH: Great skin color, upper body flows nice, tad soft on bottom, good rear double bi
SR: Hard, dry, legs a tad slender. Great skin! Delts ripped!

Barbara Fletcher:
NH: Great conditioning. Nice job!
SR: Short, balanced in shape! Back bi is killer! Good Abs

Anne Marie Kam:
NH: Nice and tight up top. Xmas tree, tad soft in the hams, needs a bit more muscle, good showing.
SR: Shoulders and arms pop. Good color, pleasing to watch, nice posing.

Marina Lopez:
NH: Best shape so far!, Good shoulder width, Rear Bi is great, tad soft in the lower.
SR: Winner of this year's Jr. Nats, Very balanced! Great structure!

Genevieve Moreno:
NH: Slender physique, needs more muscle up top, and dry out lower
SR: Softer on bottom. Needs more size and detail.

Clair O'Connell:
NH: Crazy Legs. Hard and Dry! Best conditioning in the class!
SR: Driest girl I have seen. A bit orange in color. Strong in the Arms and shoulders. Will be hard to beat!

Ligia Orantes:
NH: Little out-classed in this class, healthy look. Needs to lose more body fat and dry up.
SR:Soft in appearance, needs more development.

Womens Middle Wt 115 to 125lbs:

Tomefafa Ameko:
NH:Nice shape and proportions, just a little soft and slight in rear lat spread.
SR: Athletic look, needs more detail and muscle maturity, color could improve.

Gail Auerbach:
NH: Little soft. Muscular, but needs to drop some water. Nice look.
SR: Big girl! Tad soft, but hard in areas. A few more weeks of dieting.

Yanez Boykin:
NH: Heavy in the legs, light up top. Could be harder and drier.
SR:Color is a bit fair. Good balance. Top is slight, posing needs work.

Nancy Brigham:
NH: Crazy hard, dense legs, needs to fill out frame, tris have feather, hard from rear, glutes are in.
SR: Mature muscle. Good showing, tight and dry!

Patricia Corbett:
NH: Hard in areas, slight film of H2O, thick in the hams.
SR: Great calves. Hard and dry rear dbl Bi, hams and glutes a bit soft.

Mia Howard:
NH: Presenting herself lovely, hard in upper body.
SR: Athletic look. Good conditioning, wide back. Tad soft in hams, thighs need more sweep.

Lucy Jenkins:
NH: Great skin color. Feathers in lower back, good balance.
SR: Back is nicely tapered. Pretty girl, nice showing.

Elizabeth Kish:
NH: Healthy body, tad darker would help, rear back shot is good!
SR: Good shoulders and arms, fair in color, could be harder all over.

Marla Murray:
NH: Now she looks good! Very hard with legs feathered and dry, very tight. Side tri impressive!
SR: Hard everywhere, dark in color. Legs ripped! Abs could be better

Angela Robertson;
NH: Nice shape and structure, great skin tone, looks like she is having fun, needs more maturity!
SR: Pretty body and face! Back is impressive, could be drier.

Amy Sibcy:
NH: Mature body, good proportions, muscualr, tad film of H20.
SR: Masters class winner last year, impressively muscular. Diesel shoulders.

Leann George:
NH: Dry, hard rear back shot, arms a bit small, soft in the legs.
SR: Arms a bit slight, softer than others here. Good lines.

Pamala Hannam:
NH: Heavy in the thighs, tad soft, holding a film of water.
SR: Big girl, needs more separation and detail. Back is wide and thick, hams and glutes need to come in.
