Fleur Dekine One Day out for Women Physique in the '11 Jr USA

Fleur Yvette Dekine is a hottie from Connecticut that is here in Charleston for the 201o Jr USA Women Physique Division. Fleur believes a women should be fit with muscle tone and conditioning to that shows off muscle lines in the abs and legs. From what I can see she is a knockout that is sure to impress the judges on the very first look, but let's see what the judges have to say about that!
