If any, the last year’s Eastern European champion and this year’s Eastern European Cup winner Yaroslava Nikolaeva, who at these events placed ahead of new Russian stars: Elena Borisova and Tatiana Bocharova. Having great physique and being so successful in the region, it’s time for Yaroslava to be a serious challenger at the top international events. Then Florina Cernat. She was an “infant prodigy” of junior bodybuilding, winning three world titles. Then moved to bodyfitness but still try in bodybuilding also (5th at the 2012 Worlds). And 2012 Asian bodyfitness champion Natalya Roshchurkina of Kazachstan and finalist of the 2013 Europeans (but in 158 cm class) Stanislava Fockova of Slovakia.

18. Melanie Niebergall Germany
19. Maria Barnes Spain

So many famous stars that I hesitated who should be mention first. Let’s start with the former world champions: Yulia Zabelina, Yulia Ushakova, Ievgeniia Prutskova. Zabelina won two world titles but recently lost to Ushakova and Karavayeva. Both Zabelina and Prutskova have a bit heavier physiques but have done a lot to remodeling them and want to regain the title. Ushakova, with much more delicate frame, will come in a glory of the 2013 Arnold America winner and will try to continue this success. Karavayeva won her first European title this spring but at the 2013 Cup of Ukraine sensationally lost to Darina Posvistak. Will Posvistak be the “dark horse” of these Championships?
And the next top star: 2012 Worlds runner-up “Black gazelle” Koudiedji Sidibe. And what about the top two at the 2012 Arnold Europe: Zsuzsanna Toldi and Elena Kirshchina? They looked great! Each of the above mention top stars has enough predisposition to win in Kiev but there will be only one winner!
2012 Arnold Europe masters runner-up Maria Scotland, 2011 European Championships runner-up Melanie Niebergall and 2013 Arnold America finalist Lesley Barents will also try to pass to the finals. This exciting battle will be on the Olympia level. Can’t be missed!
