Marcus hat sich mit Geaorge F. zusammengesetzt und werden in der Zukunft zusammen arbeiten.
George hat in diesem Jahr schon Bracnh vorbereitet. Bin gespannt was bei Marcus rauskommen wird nach diesem Team up

Hey Md i am happy to say that I have teamed up the George Farrah for the up coming year! I had a chance to talk with him and the guy knows his stuff!! George having had stomach problems understands what I am going through and has a passion that get me hyped!!! We plan on doing the Orlando and the New York so far, I will keep you all posted.

Marcus Haley In the Trenches in Quads Gym - Trains Chest

Marcus Haley was in Chicago last week and trained Chest with his Nutritionist George Fara in Quads Gym. It's not that often a trainee gets to workout with his guru so Marcus welcomed the opportunity even though barely flying in earlier that day.

Team Haley is looking for some major changes in Marcus' physique in order to place top 10 on the Mr. Olympia stage.

Be sure to listen to the Shawn Ray interview because who would have known all the debilitating injuries Marcus has sustained and overcome to be back to training like a monster.
