==Reverse Diet Update==-- Weigh-ins were skewed this week, as i was trending down rather quickly, due to decreasing calories during my deload, but then i had a nice big Thanksgiving #overfeeding on Thursday night, so Fridays weigh in (usually 1-1.5kg lower than any other day of the week for me... dont ask why, it is just the pattern my body follows each week) jumped back up again. Over the last 5 years, i have been experimenting with my protein intake and slowly bringing it down, from a peak of 450g/day during my 2010 comp prep (easily my most successful diet to date), to 235g/day. When i increased protein back upto 250g/day somewhat recently, i definitely noticed a difference in how i felt in the gym/in general. I just felt more alpha/anabolic, a feeling i had forgotten about for many years! So after 5 years of playing around and decreasing proteins, i am going to move the opposite direction for a period of time and see how i feel. Everytime i diet down to compete or go through an offseason, i experiment on myself and stick to different protocols, so that maybe after 50 years of olaying around, i can sit back and actually say what i think is most optimal. :P Macros will increase to P280 C420 F90 for next week. The REVERSE DIET and Period Of time Eating At A Calorie Surplus (POTEAACS), on my way to 5000+ calories, shall continue!
