Hi Everyone,

I'll be doing tons of video and uploading them daily from the Tampa. Tons of footage of my prep. You'll see me the day before the show from my room and what I do. You'll see video from meet the athletes and the show before and after. No other pro will be doing more video and getting it to you faster from the Tampa Pro show!

I'll be posting it all on my blog. I just added a video of me there 8 days out.
I've been dieting 15 weeks. It seems this year the Judges are rewarding are dry physiques so I will look crazy hard and striated. My glutes are almost in now and will be peeled in 8 days. At this level of conditioning the judges can't over look me. I'm weighing 305lbs in this video.

Lots of Guys will be there. I've beaten some of them before. With my conditioning bring it on! I'm not worried a bit. Always big names have a lot of hype but looking at the earlier shows a lot of these names came in soft.
I really don't concentrate on others. I know if I push myself to extremes I'll be hard to overlook at over 300lbs shredded to the bone and 6'4

So wie es ausschaut ist für Tampa keine livestream vorgesehen....bei der "Europashow" soll es jedoch wieder livestream geben.....

Hier mal ein akt. Bild von gestern in Tampa. Nicole Pfützenreuter dürfte mit dieser Form beim Wettkampf nicht "baden" gehen.
