Benni and his two friends was here for two weeks and only thing that they told about threir training was that they are training A LOT and HARD.  
For squat they do squats and box-squats.  
For benchpress they do benchpress and for deadlift they do deadlift.

I agree on that red socks-part. Benni also believes, that good deadlift has nothing to do with skills or genetics. Only thing that matters is training, training and training. So more training, less talking.

				So offseason I built up a bigger back, and after that I started training with 80% of my top weight in deadlift for 2-3 reps 8 sets. And after that I go to a platform 75% weight 2-3 reps 5 sets.
