Here is what I see:
1. Overall thickness is right on the money.
2. Back, shoulders, chest on target.
3. Triceps are getting much better but still need to be thicker.
4. Biceps are better but I still need to fill in the gaps.. I'm on it.
5. Forearms need to be fuller.
I am eating like a machine and training like there is no tomorrow. Believe me guys, I know what my weakness are and I know what must be done. When I post these pics it serves two purposes: 1. It shows you young Iron Warriors that if you work hard and stay focused the improvements will come. 2. It puts me on the spot because if I'm not improving I know I'll hear it from you guys especially the ass clown haters. I put myself on the spot so I don't ever slack. More pics to come soon..
