]Im on my way down south of the border to Tijuana,Mexico to do a seminar and guest pose. Its been a while since I been over there. They have a good gym over there owned by a friend of mine Gabriel Valasco called Extreme Fitness. Ill be taking the wife and heading out on thurs. As my prep has started so I gotta get with it for the AC pro and the Olympia. then its off to Buffalo NY to pose for Jim Rockells show on the 26th. Busy busy for the Marvelous huh?
