New KAI VIDEO TO BE RELEASED ON SATURDAY!!! I just got back from filming Kai and Oscar Arden training at the 5th Avenue gym...At the moment Kai is weight 310 with abs...... I was also Surprised to see Oscar walks the walk as well...he was in there benching 315 and its pretty motivating to see Oscar in the trenches with Kai sweating it out...

I videod him doing a chest workout with Oscar....Kai benched 495 for about 5 reps and did a strip set after that...

than he moved to incline and banged out a few sets with 405..

then a few sets of flyes...


So on Saturday when I get the video up...you are going to see the NEW KAI GREENE....BIGGER than the Arnold....
