I actually have no clue what happened. I woke up yesterday morning and saw that bruise in the mirror while brushing my teeth! I was a little worried as I've never torn anything before (not saying I did this time either) but I've seen pics of bruising on guys who have torn muscles. It didn't feel like anything much but of course, yesterday was my day to film my segment of Battle for the Olympia and chest was what I planned on doing. Not knowing what to expect, I just went easy at first and since it felt fine I more or less had a regular workout...I was cautious not wanting to do anything stupid so close to the show.
