Kreuzheben, Kniebeugen usw trainieren natuerlich den ganzen Torso und die seitl. Bauchmuskeln und das koennte die taille weiter aussehen lassen. aber so schnell geht das nicht, glaub eher das da am Anfang bei Leuten mit ner schwindsuechtigen taille u. null muslkeln ein bisschen was passiert und das wars.sonst einfach gewicht nicht mehr erhoehen.

I don't know the rest of the thread, but I can say that deadlifts can
DEFINITELY make your waist wider. The obliques have to contract hard to
support your torso when doing heavy pulls and this can make your waist
bigger. If you are a guy, you do not really have to worry about it that
much. I go pretty heavy and my waist is still at 32". But a woman should
take it easy. At my gym we have a woman who won the Mrs. Michigan and I
know that she stopped doing deads when she could rep 300 because it was
starting to make her waist too big.
