First step to achieving your success is make a commitment. After you make a commitment stay laser focus on that commitment even long after it's set. Thats when it become a success. Just took this picture of me. There are no excuses. After my spinal cord injury, I made a decision that I was going to walk again. Some people will say that they will give it their best to do to succeed but I believe some time your best isn't enough. I believe you have to do whatever necessary to get the job done because your best isn't enough. I figure out a way to put hands control in my car because my legs doesn't have the strength yet to push the pedal. I pull myself in my SUV vehicle, put the wheelchair in myself and drive myself everyday to workout and rehab. What's your excuses to not do what you need to succeed. The devil don't know how to handle something who just will not quit. I believe this is you. Everyone of us are made for greatness. Keep pushing with the smiles on your face. Beautiful sunday out. Awesome day at church. Paster talk about most of us are running on empty because we don't refuel ourselves. Rest your mind, body so we are ready for monday. Here another picture of me so you can see all my battle scars after 4 aorta surgery, not the competition kris dim but I will always workout. I'm so bless to be alive and I thank him everyday. For now until I'm walking, squatting and legs pressing again. Bless your day
