Finally i am about to Lunch my First dvd ON THE ROAD (100% bodybuilding) training,dieting,guest posing and family time....
i will release it right after my coming show (ARNOLD CLASSIC) this March in Ohio

Dear SAMI AL HADDAD group members,

its great to be in touch with ur people,team,fans,friends..... i shall be leaving Home to NY on the 26th of Feb, and arrive the same day at 5pm i will be in NY till 3rd of March afternoon ( for training,photo shoot & video shoot) , then to Ohio on the 4th to catch up on the weigh-in for the ARNOLD CLASSIC, the final on the 6th leaving ohio on the 7th of March and back to NEW YORK and stay till 10th then back home...

it will be Great to meet Friends, Fans, Supportive in Ohio and New York and that will be an honor for me.
