With a very substantial prize money and a very complete program in one of the most attractive environments in the world, as it is Lake Baikal in Siberia; Vladimir Dubinin and the Russian Federation will organize and Elite Tour event from 1st to 4th August.
The organizing committee will cover the athlete´s airline costs from Moscow to Irkutsk.
