Hey guys, in the spirit of our thread here on the West Coast "Life in Venice" and to let you know what's going on Back East in NYC. So with the help of our good friends Steve Weinberger and Bev Francis, owners of Bev Francis's Powerhouse Gym in Syosset, New York, we will be able to do just that and keep you posted of what's happening in the bodybuilding world on the two coasts.

The Life in Venice thread has been very popular over the years and we are hoping that this new thread will be just as popular if not more.
